Testimonial :I cant recommend Motorpod enough, I was met at the train station by Alan in the car I planned to buy and was warmly greeted and taken on a test drive. Alan was very professional and we went over the car together to ensure everything was to my satisfaction. All the cars there were of high quality and specifically selected by motorpod to be part of their inventory of quality used cars. After a cup of coffee where Alan went through the paperwork I was quickly on my way back home in my new Audi A3 which performed superbly on the drive home.

Apologies for my late review but I have been too busy driving my lovely new Honda Civic tourer which I love, love and love some more! I couldn't leave it any longer without acknowledging the fabulous customer service of Alan and Ray at Motorpod, Newport. If you want honest and decent secondhand car salesmen who sell nothing but decent vehicles, then look no further than this place. It was a great find at the back end of an industrial estate in Newport where they go above and beyond to offer detail and take you for a test drive without the pushy sales tactics. If you like it, you buy it and If you don't, then so be it. We bought it and we are very happy. Thanks again guys, and for running over to Costa when you realised you had run out of coffee. That's what I call going the extra mile!

Being 130 miles away, I was hoping for a smooth purchase and that's exactly what I got. I dealt with Nick both on the phone and in person and he was excellent. I never felt rushed or pressured at anytime and the vehicle was exactly has described. I would definitely recommend using Motorpod.

:Excellent. The whole experience was very pleasant from the offset considering the current Covid situation but we were all made to feel at ease . We were warmly welcomed on arrival and the vehicle we were interested in was parked out the front. he vehicle was very clean. Nick our salesman was very knowledgeable and answered all our , at times, awkward questions. Nick went over a above his duty and even contacted a third party while we waited. Nick did not rush us into any decisions and gave us time alone when we needed it but made himself available on request. Nick had great customer service skills and was very patient. I would like to thank Nick and the Motorpoint team for all their help in making the purchase a very pleasant one and I would highly recommend them.
